This is a second career for Sylven Watson.  After building a successful career in the entertainment industry training wild animals and performing with them across the United States and various other countries, Sylven settled on an administrative career in the construction field.  While honing skills as an Administrative Assistant and Employment Specialist for an industrial construction and maintenance company Sylven and her husband decided to beautify their lives and move to Durango.  She says that after the extensive travel she has done, Durango is where she most wants to be.  Sylven brings to our team and unsurpassed professional work ethic and a fresh approach to handling the daily activities of our vibrant company.
